In all scheduler pages, completed tasks are not displayed. Once the task is completed it is cleared from the scheduler grid.

In “Today” scheduler pages only, added a button to also display completed tasks.

From: Supervisor > Schedule > Today scheduler manipulation + Today scheduler assigning pages > Display also completed tasks button (fig 3).

Once clicked, completed tasks will be displayed in both “Day” and “Timeline” tabs (fig 4).

Completed tasks will have a black background and the frame will be colored differently per each assigned resource.

title8. Update of the Task internal supply date when changing the Task supply date- introducing new sync logic

Note: relevant only in systems in which the Task internal supply date is enabled.

The sync logic will determine how will the Task internal supply date be influenced when changing the Task supply date, or when changing any other date that the Task supply date is linked to.

Before changing the Task supply date, or any other date linked to the Task supply date, the user can select 1 of 2 options:

  1. Always sync- when the Task supply date is changed, the Task internal supply date will always follow

  1. Smart sync (checks if assigned)

Option #1- Always follow:

When setting the Task supply date to an earlier or later date, the Task internal supply date will:

Always follow (regardless if the task is assigned or not)

Option #2- Smart sync:

Backward:

When setting the Task supply date to an earlier date which is prior to the Task internal supply date, the Task internal supply date will:

·         Always follow (regardless if the task is assigned or not)

When setting the Task supply date to an earlier date which is till later than the Task internal supply date, the Task internal supply date will:

·         Follow if the task is not assigned

·         Not follow if the task is assigned

Forward:

When setting the Task supply date to a later date, the Task internal supply date will:

·         Follow if the task is not assigned

·         Not follow if the task is assigned

How to use:

The new 2 sync options are represented by 2 buttons that were added in most pages that display dates.

Before changing the Task supply date, or any other date linked to the Task supply date (Order supply date, Order internal supply date or Step date), select the necessary sync option to receive the required result (each button has a tool tip to explain its functionality):
