In all scheduler pages, completed tasks are not displayed. Once the task is completed it is cleared from the scheduler grid. In “Today” scheduler pages only, added a button to also display completed tasks.
Once clicked, completed tasks will be displayed in both “Day” and “Timeline” tabs (fig 4). Completed tasks will have a black background and the frame will be colored differently per each assigned resource. In addition, added system configuration to have the “Display also completed tasks” enabled by default when navigating to this page. Users will still be able to disable, but this would be the default when navigating to the page.

To prevent cases in which file delivery fails due to attachments exceeding the allowed file size for mails, a file size configuration was added. When attempting to send files with attachments exceeding this file size (from any page), the system will suggest sending the attachments as links instead of attachments.
When attempting to mail a file as a mail attachment (fig 2) and the file is larger than the specified file size limit, the system will suggest mailing the file as a link instead (fig 3): Once clicking Yes, the “Send file” popup will be opened in which you can add the recipient (fig 4) and send the file as link. To change the default link delivery parameters, click “Link setup” (fig 5), to open the “Link setup” pop up so you can change the defaults (fig 6): Note: in systems that are not set up on AWS, the recipient will have to use Ooona’s agent do download the file from the link (the Agent download dialogue box will be prompt to the recipient when he will attempt to download the file from the link). |
