The purpose of this tool is to facilitate entering interval Order or Task dates into multiple orders.

Interval dates are delivery dates with equal gaps between them, for example, delivering an episode a day, every 2 days, once a week, etc…

In the following example, I will set interval deliveries of one episode a day, starting from May 2nd.

Setting Interval dates with Multi-cell pick (Automatic)

  1. Select the whole column by clicking the equivalent “Multi-cell pick” icon in the column’s header (fig 1)

  2. Select specific cells by dragging over them with ctrl clicked

  3. Cherry-pick specific cells with ctrl clicked

If you switch off “Skip over weekends”, weekend days will be marked with pink frames after the dates will be entered to differentiate them from week days

The result when “Skip over weekends is On

Orders/tasks will not be scheduled on weekend days

The result when “Skip over weekends is Off

Orders/tasks will be scheduled on weekend days

Weekend days will have a purple frame to differentiate them from weekdays

When you’re done, make sure to revert back to your preferred edit mode
