New features and improvements

In “My menu”, all tasks pages have been consolidated into one dashboard for easy access.

No functionalities were changes, it’s only a new design.

To view their tasks, resources should navigate to the “Tasks” page in My menu:

And then click the required tab:

  • My tasks- all the tasks assigned to the resource

  • Pool tasks- all available Pool tasks for the resource (access is role-based)

  • My realtime tasks- all Realtime tasks assigned to the resource (access is role-based)

  • Tasks completed- all tasks completed by the resource

  • Task confirmation- all tasks that require assignment confirmation (access is role-based)

When a resource has more than one currency in his Monthly report, each currency must be approved separately.

When navigating to the Monthly report page, all currencies will be displayed and the “Approve monthly report” button is not available:

Only once selecting the currency in the Currency pull-down menu, the “Approve monthly report” button will become available:

Once the resource approves the first currency, a notification will prompt reminding him to approve his additional currencies for this month:

On the “Monthly report approval status” page each currency will be displayed in a separate line:

This functionality is intended for managers and accountants.

To be able to check the total value of Monthly resource reports with multiple currencies, the “In system currency” columns can be added to the Monthly report page.

Required role: Monthly report- show the “In system currency” section

The values in the Grid layout and Preset range pull-down menus are now sorted alphabetically for easy selection:

The default behavior of the system is to show un-populated date cells first, on ascending sorting.
Added configuration to show un-populated date cells last, on ascending sorting.

Bug fixes

  • My tasks + Pool tasks page- Tookit’s progress bar fixed and now shows the correct progress (1670)

  • Order creation page > Source language field- No longer shows the value Zero. The language can be immediately selected (1318)

  • Previously, the “Go to task” link in email notifications enabled seeing in “My tasks” page, tasks in orders that are not “In progress”. This was fixed. Now, when clicking the “Go to task” link and the order is not yet “In progress”, the resource will be navigated to an empty “My tasks” page (1668)

  • Task confirmation- when a resource assigns himself to a task that requires Resource confirmation, the confirmation status will indicate that the resource accepted the tasks and not “Pending approval” as it used to be (1735)

  • Monthly report page- The “Corrected” section will no longer be displayed if there are no corrections in the selected month (1723)

  • My tasks- Direct page- added the missing Toolkit columns: Open Toolkit and Task progress (1004)

  • Add new file version popup- The Broadcast file number is now displayed (1875).

  • Sales dashboard > Orders page > Episode and Season number columns- Fixed the column title filtering and now able o filter by Zero (1493).
