New features and improvements

From: Sales dashboard > Pricing tab > “Show total” button at the bottom of the page

For easier viewing, start by setting a range to only show the order/s you need to check (fig 3).

Then click ”Show total”, at the bottom of the page (fig 4).

Scroll to the right to shoe the Surcharge total value (fig 5)

 

From: Supervisor > Supervisor dashboard > Outgoing tasks tab

 

When the previous task is completed, the OOONA tool will only be available in the Pool tasks page after the user assigns himself to the task by clicking “Assign yourself”

 

The user’s role group affiliation is now also displayed on the Resource page

When the status of the order is set to “New”:

Rewording

  • “Assignment confirmation” is reworded to “Task confirmation” across the system (1949).

  • “Assign me” and “Remove me” reworded to: “Assign yourself” and “Unassign yourself”, across the system (1807).

  • "Messages don't have to be marked as read to download files" role, reworded to: “Can download files/open toolkit without marking messages as read” (1971).

 


Bug fixes

  • Adding a task while adding a step- Task level defaults are now correctly applied (1255).

  • “Task available on date”- values are now correctly exported to Excel (1990).

  • Bulk step insertion- the “Target language” column on the “Orders” page is now correctly updated with the newly entered step (1979).

  • Customer change in orders no longer requires validation if the rate is set to: Not for billing (1975).

  • My menu > Task confirmation page- fixed and now checked “Depends on status”. Tasks will only be displayed in the status of the order is set to “In progress” (1972).

  • “Can download files/open toolkit without marking messages as read” role is now correctly enforced when opening the Toolkit (1971).

  • The “Last updated by” field in the Order’s pricing tab is no longer updated by unit reporters (1966).

  • “Monthly resource report” page- The system grid layout is now correctly applied (1969).

  • The “Duration in minutes” and the “Supplier duration in minutes” columns now show an accurate number without rounding (1965).

  • Product level broadcast number for file name validation is now correctly enforced when uploading a new version (1934).

  • The “Previous task” setting is now correctly applied when creating orders (1980).

  • Order tasks page > Resource code column- Fixed. Resources can be assigned using the resource code (1978).

  • Sales dashboard > Tasks page > Show assignable tasks filter- Fixed. Results are now filtered correctly (2055).

  • Tasks timesheet page- Fixed. All users now see their tasks (2056).

  • Task deletion- Fixed. All uncompleted and unbilled tasks can now be deleted from orders (1993).

  • Filtering Prices/Rates- Fixed (2092).

  • Tasks page- added Auto-refresh to refresh the results are performing actions in popup pages (2096).

  • Units reported field- now shows the accurate value. without rounding up. Changed from integer to number (2089).

  • Customer billing statement generator page- Correct data is now displayed for each product of the same order (2088).

  • Bulk task insertion/replacement- Fixed. “Completed” was removed from the default range (2077).

  • The role to bypass reading messages is now correctly enforced when opening Toolkit from the “Order tasks” page (1971).
