New features and improvements
The “Completed “ column’s icons are not consistent with the “Completed” icons on My tasks and Pool tasks pages
Green icon- The task is completed
Blue icon- The task can be completed. No additional action is required
Yellow icon- File upload or clicking “Finish project” in Toolkit is required to be able to complete the task
Orange icon- Unit reporting is required to be able to complete the task
Resource and customer surcharges can now be added and removed in bulk from the Bulk actions menu.

Bulk add manual surcharges:
Manual surcharges can be added in bulk to multiple products and tasks.
Preset surcharges cannot be added in bulk
Start by setting a range in “Change range” to only see the orders/tasks you want to add the surcharges to.
Then, select the required option: Resource rates or Customer prices (fig 2):
Enter the surcharge description (fig 1)
Enter the required surcharge type:
Per unit (fig 2)
Fixed (fid 3)
percentage of the original charge (fig 4)
Enter the required currency (fig 5):
Resource surcharges can only be added in the same currency as the original charge
Customer surcharges can be added in any currency, except for percentage surcharge that can only be added in the same currency as the original charge
Click “Continue” to add the surcharges and finish
Bulk remove surcharges
Manual and preset surcharges can be removed from multiple orders and tasks.
Start by setting a range in “Change range” to only see the orders/tasks you want to add the surcharges to.
Then, select the required option: Resource rates or Customer prices (fig 2):
You can add additional filtering to narrow down the results, if necessary (optional).
Click “Continue” to remove the surcharges and finish
Rewording
“Calculate using weekends”- Reworded to: “Skip over weekends”
Tasks page > “Clear all”- Reworded to: “Unassign all”
“Message close” role- Reworded to: Can deactivate messages in orders (2585)
Bug fixes
Monthly report approval status page- fixed the “Paid” column. The correct column is now populated with the date (2445)
My tasks page- changes no longer require logging up to implement them (2384)
Resource in-charge- when set as mandatory in the system, users can no longer clear it. In addition, improvements were made (2381, 1983, 1442)
Secure passwords and password recovery- improvements made (2377)
Bulk assigning- fixed. All task rates are now correctly applied in the assigned tasks (2370)
Sales dashboard > Tasks page > Recalculate button- fixed tooltips. The rate details are now correctly displayed (2366)
Task price report page- fixed combo-box. “All” is now deleted when typing (2304)
Customer billing statements and Resource report- fixed the sequence of the results when exporting to Excel. The Excel export is now sequenced the same as on the page (2167)
“Copy number” button- fixed and remains green after clicking it (1158)
The “Recalculate” is fixed- products are no longer deleted from the order when recalculating (2476)
“Skip over weekends”- fixed. Weekends are now skipped when using the Interval dates (2475)
Date columns across the system- fixed background colors. Orders/Tasks that are due within the next 24 hours now have a green background (2480)
