Navigation Hotkeys (System and User levels)

Introduction

Navigation hotkeys can be configured on a system or user levels.

System-level Hotkeys can be used by all users while User level Hotkeys are exclusive for the user.

If configured, when clicking the combination of the required characters, the user will be navigated to the necessary page.

Setting up System default navigation hotkeys

From: Administrator > Web Administrator > Configuration > Defaults > System default hotkeys section (fig 5):

Populate at least two key columns with the desired characters by selecting them from the pull-down menus (fig 1-3).

Once you finish setting up all the required navigation Hotkeys, click “Save and close” to save your work (fig 4):

Setting up Hotkeys with auto-detect

Hotkeys can also be selected with auto-detect.

Click “Auto-detect” (fig 1) and follow by simply clicking the desired keys on your keyboard (at least two characters).

The selected characters will be displayed in the white frame (fig 2).

Click “Confirm” to save your selection (fig 3).

Once you finish setting up all the required navigation Hotkeys, click “Save and close” to save your work (fig 4):
