New features and improvements

Users can be created by copy from 3 different pages:

  • Administrator > Web administrator > Logins

  • Manager > Rolodex tables > Resources

  • Supervisor > Supervisor management

The UI of the “User creation by copy” functionality in all 3 pages has been unified:

 

When copying orders, the Resource in charge can be copied as well into the new orders.

If the “Copy Resource in charge” switch is not switched On when copying the order, the new orders will be created without a Resource in charge.

Resource reports can only be deleted if:

  • The Resource report was created by the user

  • The Resource report wasn’t processed by accounting yet

  • An invoice number wasn’t entered yet

Items can be deleted from a Resource report only if:

  • The Resource report wasn’t processed by accounting yet

  • An invoice number wasn’t entered yet

Bug fixes

  • Surcharges deletion- Fixed. Surcharges can be deleted if the linked product has completed tasks (1321)

  • “Languages” page on Sales dashboard- “First task supply date” value- Fixed. The value is correctly exported when exporting this page to Excel. The export is limited to 1000 rows at a time (1361)

  • The “File upload defaults” are no longer cleared when assigning a resource to the task (1354)
