To be able to assign a resource to tasks, some mandatory settings must be setup:
Setting resource skills.
Setting the “Cannot be assigned” switch
Setting the “Resource active” switch

Set the resources skills for task assignment. This will determine to which tasks the this resource can be assigned to.

Enable / Disable the languages according to the resources skills (fig 2)

Once the resources skills are set, only relevant resources will be displayed in the resource pull-down menu when assigning resources to tasks.
