Overview

OOONA Manager makes it possible to keep track of how long individual tasks took to be completed. This can be applied to specific Tasks and Resources within the system.

Resources can check in and out of tasks to measure how long it took them to complete the task.

This functionality is flexible and can be activated for specific task types and resources only, if required.

Enabling Task check-in/out

This functionality requires activation on Task type and Resource levels.

Set the task Enable for the required Task type from: Administrator > Tables > Task types > magnifying glass of a Task type OR Enable task check-in/out column in the grid

It also needs to be enabled at a resource level, via the resource info page:Enable for the required Resource from: Manager > Rolodex tables > Resources > Magnifying glass >Enable task check-in/out (Reports by tasks timesheet)

How to use

Once enabled, it appears in the My tasks windowthe following Check-in column will appear on “My tasks” page.

Click on the icon when starting work on a task and checking to check-in.

The icon will change to reflect this:to Red to indicate you’e checked-in to theh task

You can only check-in to 1 task at a time

Click on the button again to check out of a task.
