It is now possible to create public grids that can be shared with all users in the system.

Required role: Can create public grid layouts

In the Grid layout pop-up page, users with the required role can add their grid as a public grid by turning the “Add as a public grid layout” toggle on.

In the Grid layout pop-up page, can also click the “Select a public grid layout” button to choose from available public grids.
