titleSystem generated resource invoices - Date formats in invoice align with system setting, and a new date format was added (3461)

The date at the top of the invoice and the dates in which the tasks were completed now align with the system setting.
Additionally, a new date format was added - dd-MMM-YYYY.
The new date format can be found in Application configuration>Exported invoice configuration section.
