Introduction
The “Preset range” functionality enables you to save your common “Change range” searches as “Preset ranges” and easily apply them without having to select all search parameters each and every time you navigate to the page.
Preset ranges are saved separately for each page except for all 5 Sales dashboard pages that use the same preset ranges:

Saving a “Preset range”
Start by selecting the parameters of a common search you perform on “Change range” page:

Applying a “Preset range”
To apply your “Preset range”, navigate to the page, click “Preset range” (fig 1) and simply select your “Preset range” from the list of presets (fig 2):

Once a preset range is applied on a page, the “Preset range” button will be colored in orange to indicate that you are seeing filtered results. |
Making changes in an existing “Preset range”
To make changes in an existing saved search, click “Preset range” (fig 1), select the saved search that you need to change (fig 2), and close the “Preset range setup” page (fig 3):

Navigate back to the “Preset range setup” (fig 1) page and click “Save” (fig 2) to save your changes to your saved search:

Deleting a “Preset range”
To delete a “Preset range”, select it in the pull-down menu (fig 2) and click “Delete” (fig 3).
