From Finance > Billing > Resource reports

  1. Resource report messages - displayed at the top, if present

  2. Item messages - displayed below resource report messages. They include info on which order, language, product and task they refer to

  3. Text editor

  4. Standard messages - please see refer to the Standard messages section below for more information

  5. Submit - send the typed messages

  6. Save & close - saves all changes and closes t his this window

Adding new messages

To add a new message:

  1. Type the message in the editable field. The editing ribbon will appear after clicking on the text editor

  2. Click “Submit”

  3. Click “Save & close”

Standard messages

Standard messages are message templates that can be created and reused.

  1. Type the text for it in the text editor

  2. Click on the “Add standardized message” icon

  3. Confirm the description that will be shown on the list of standard messages and click “Add & close”

New standardized messages can also be added from within the Edit standardized messages page. Please refer to the next section for more information.
