Overview
Signatures can be added to emails email notifications that are sent out by the system.
These are html-based and can be generated using data already available in the system, so the content can be dynamic.

Adding signatures to emails
Signatures can be added to standard email messages from Administrator > Tables > Standard email messages > Edit (1), by using the “Merge text” dropdown menu (2).

Resource in charge signature - will add the signature of the resource in charge of the order the email is related to
Creating signatures
Signatures can be created at either the system level, in which case they will apply to all resource who trigger emailsresources, or at the resource level, to be customized furtherin which case they will only apply to the specified resource.

Additionally, other formatting can be applied to the text, such as font size, italics, text color or hyperlinks, using the ribbon’s options:

System level
Signatures at the system level can be edited from Administrator > Web administrator > Configuration > Emails.
If edited at the system level, the signature will be applied to all emails with the Signature “Signature” or “Resource in charge signature” merge text and to all resources, unless specified otherwise at the resource level.

Signatures at the resource level can be edited from the resource’s profile, via My menu > Resource information.
