The salesperson is set on an order level.
To set the Salesperson for this order simply select it from the pull-down menu:
The Salesperson pull-down menu will be populated with all users in the system that are set as Salespeople.
To set a user as a Salesperson in an existing order, navigate to his Resource info page and switch on the “Is Salesperson” switch:
The Salesperson field is also filterable from the range to easily locate orders of this Salesperson:
A salesperson can also set on a Customer level so it would be selected by default when creating orders for this customer.
When copying orders, the Salesperson is copied across to the new orders
