Setting up a System default order type for order creation
Functionality- The system default Order type will be auto-selected in the Order creation page.
Setting up- to set up a system default order type for order creation follow steps 1-5:
Setting up Customer level configuration for order creation
Functionality- Order type can be set on a Customer level to be applied by default when creating orders for this customer. The customer level configuration will override the System level order type for order creation default.
Once selecting the Customer in the order creation page, the Customer default Order type will be auto-selected:
