The “Preset range” functionality enables to save your common “Change range” searches and easily apply them without having to select all search parameters each and every time.

Start by selecting the parameters of a common search you perform in “Change range” page:

Once the results on your screen are filtered according to your selected parameters you can save this search.

To save the current search, click “Preset range” (fig 1).

Give your search a descriptive name (fig 2).

If you want this search to be applied when you navigate to this page you can mark it as a page default (only one search can be set as a page default. If not marked as page default, the search will be applied after selecting it from your list of preset ranges (fig 3).

Click “Add new” to save your search (fig 4).

Once saved, the search will be available for selection in the pull-down menu.

To apply your saved search, simply select it from the list.

Multiple searches can be saved according to what you need to see

Once a preset range is applied on a page, the “Preset range” button will be colored in orange to indicate that you are seeing filtered results.

To revert back to the full result, click “Reset to system default” or navigate away from the page

To make changes in an existing saved search, click “Preset range” (fig 1), select the saved search that you need to change (fig 2), and close the
Preset range setup” page (fig 3):

Open the “Change range” page and make the necessary changes:

Navigate back to the “Preset range setup” (fig 1) page and click “Save” (fig 2) to save your changes to your saved search.

To delete a saved search, select it in the pull-down menu (fig 2) and click “Delete” (fig 3).

To revert back to seeing full unfiltered results, click “Reset to system default” (fig 4):
