New features

Sales menu- repositioned menu items (933)

”Sales dashboard” is now on top:

The recurring order generator was moved to the Bulk actions menu:

Broadcast file name for file name validation- now integrated with OOONA Tools file export ( 928)

When setting a Broadcast file number for a step or product, users can only upload files with the specified number. This is the expected behavior, so far no changes.

When working with OOONA Tools, users do not need to upload files to OOONA Manager and the project in the tool flows from one task to the next until completed. By default, no file is pushed to the manager

When setting export configuration to push the project to the order files page in OOONA Manager, once clicking Finish project and the file is exported to the manager, it will be automatically renamed according to the specified broadcast number added to the product or step.

 Introducing: Sales person field (969)
 Introducing: Active users report (939)
Order types- Added Customer level configuration for order creation (938)
Tasks completed page- Added "Open Toolkit" + "Tasks progress" column (1003)

The resource can now view his completed project from the Tasks completed page:

In integrated systems only

 Introducing: Navigation Hot keys (930)
Introducing: GDPR "Forget-me" process for users that want to terminate their OOONA account (900)
Inactive tasks- Added visual indication and limitation when copying orders with inactive tasks (1010)

When a task type is no longer required in the system, it can be made inactive so it couldn’t be added to orders and workflow templates.

When made inactive, the task will not be deleted from existing orders to keep their integrity.

To let users know that the task in the workflow is no longer active, a visual indication was added to the task. The task will appear crossed out:

In addition, added a dependency on the status of the order.

The status of an order that contains inactive tasks cannot be changed from: New to: In progress.

When clicking the “Copy” button to copy an order with inactive tasks, the following alert will be displayed to let the users know that after copying the order, they must replace the inactive tasks in the new orders with active tasks because otherwise their status cannot be changed to: In progress:

If an order contains inactive tasks when trying to change the status from: New to: In progress, the following alert will be displayed and the status will not change.
