OOONA manager allows you to track changes made to orders and tasks in a number of ways.
The access to the log is role-based. Required role: Enable changes log access.

The logs are accusable in the following options:

  1. Order Changes log
    The Order changes log enables tracking changes that were made in the order.
    To display the changes log click the “Order change log” button in the “Order info” page:

  2. Task changes log
    The Task changes log enables tracking changes that were made in the task.
    To display the changes log click the “Task change log” button in the “Task Edit” page:

  3. Consolidated orders and tasks changes log
    The Consolidated orders and tasks changes log enables tracking changes that were made to all orders and tasks in one centralized page.
    To display the Consolidated orders and tasks changes log:
    Manager > Reports > Consolidated orders and tasks changes log

  4. Bulk actions logs
    The Bulk actions log enables tracking of Bulk actions performed on orders and tasks.
    Each Bulk action is logged in one line in the log.
    To display the Bulk actions logs click the “Bulk actions logs” button in the “Bulk actions” page:

  5. Detailed Bulk actions logs
    The Detailed Bulk actions logs displays a detailed log of the changes that were made in the Bulk action.
    To display the Detailed Bulk actions logs click the “Change logs” button in the “Bulk actions logs” page:

Not all changes are logged. The most common actions are logged: how the order was created, Price and rate changes, Assignment of resources and more.
