Setting the Monetary values

OOONA offers great flexibility when it comes to pricing types starting .
Starting from a simple per-unit price (per minute, per subtitle, etc..), up to more complex prices pricing structures such as interval prices, minimum and maximum prices, and more.

Click the Pencil button of the Price to enable editing so you can add the Monetary values.

Simple per unit price

For example, 4.2 Euro per minute with script, 6.5 if without a Euro per minute without a script.

  1. Click the Pencil button of the Price to enable editing.

  2. Type the required price with script.

  1. “Without script” and “Script not relevant” fields.

  2. Edit the “Without script” and “Script not relevant” fields if necessary.

If required, you can reflect the unit price with and without script directly in the price.

  • “With script” unit price field (fig 1)- reflects the unit price you charge for working with a script (will be applied when With script/Waiting for script is selected in the order )- fig 2.

  • “Without script' script” unit price field (fig 2)- reflects the unit price you charge for working without a script, by ear (will be applied when Without script is selected in the order)- fig 3.

  • “Script not relevant” unit price (fig 3) - reflects the unit price you charge in orders in which the script is not relevant, for . For example, : conform (will be applied when Script not relevant is selected in the order)- fig 4.

For Unit prices, always make sure to populate all 3 unit price columns: With script, Without script, and Script not relevant.

For example, 250 Euros flat, regardless of duration.

Per unit price with a Minimum

For example, 4.2 Euros per minute, with a 10-minute minimum (i.e.. 42 Euros minimum).

  2. Type the required price with script.

  3. Once entering the with script unit price, it will be copied across to the “Without script” and “Script not relevant” fields.

  4. Edit the “Without script” and “Script not relevant” fields if necessary.

  5. Type the required “Minimum price”

  6. Click the green V on the left of the column to save the changes.

Per unit price with a Maximum

For example, 4.2 Euros per minute, with a 500 Euros maximum charge.

  1. Click the Pencil button of the Price to enable editing.

  2. Type the required price with script.

  3. Once entering the with script unit price, it will be copied across to the “Without script” and “Script not relevant” fields.

  4. Edit the “Without script” and “Script not relevant” fields if necessary.

  5. Type the required “Maximum price”

  6. Click the green V on the left of the column to save the changes.

You can set a “Minimum price” & “Maximum price” for a single product.

Interval unit price

For example, for the first :
First 10 minutes it’s - 3 Euros per minute, for the
11-20 minute it’s minutes - 4 Euros per minute, and for
21 minute or more - onwards it’s 5 Euros per minute.
