Customer product pricelist creation
From: Manager > Pricelists and Workflow templates > Customer Pricelists
Creating a Price list
Start by creating a Pricelist and then add all the different Product prices to this list.
Specific Pricelists can be create so prices within the list will only apply to a specific Customer, Series, etc..
Click “Add pricelist” (fig 1)
Enter the Pricelist description (fig 2)
Add specification level, if necessary. This will make the Pricelist and all prices within it - specific to the selected entity and will only be applied in orders matching these criteria (fig 3)
For a global Pricelist, skip this step.Click the green V to save (fig 4)
The specification level can only be added when creating the Pricelist and cannot be changed due to data integrity.
If a correction is necessary, delete the Pricelist. Deleting the Pricelist will not delete its content.
Adding Product prices to the Pricelist
From: Manager > Pricelists and Workflow templates > Pricelists > Magnifying glass
Click “Add price” (fig 1)
Enter the Price description. The Price billing description will be copied (fig 2)
The Price billing description is visible to your customer In billing reports so you can change it accordingly.
3. Select the Product you are creating a price for (fig 3)
4. Order type, Currency, and Unit type will auto-populate with system defaults, change if necessary (fig 4).
5. Select the Source and Target languages this price is relevant for (fig 5).
By not selecting any languages, the Price will be available for any language combination.
If different prices are required for different language combinations, a separate pricing line should be created for every language combination.
6. Scroll to the left and click the green V to save before proceeding to the next step
Setting the Monetary values
OOONA offers great flexibility when it comes to pricing types.
Starting from a simple per-unit price (per minute, per subtitle, etc..), up to more complex pricing structures such as interval prices, minimum and maximum prices, and more.
Simple per unit price
For example, 4.2 Euro per minute with script, 6.5 Euro per minute without a script.
Click the Pencil button of the Price to enable editing.
Type the required price with script.
Once entering the with script unit price, it will be copied across to the “Without script” and “Script not relevant” fields.
Edit the “Without script” and “Script not relevant” fields if necessary.
Click the green V on the left of the column to save the changes.
If required, you can reflect the unit price with and without script directly in the price.
“With script” unit price field (fig 1)- reflects the unit price you charge for working with a script (will be applied when With script/Waiting for script is selected in the order )
“Without script” unit price field (fig 2)- reflects the unit price you charge for working without a script, by ear (will be applied when Without script is selected in the order)
“Script not relevant” unit price (fig 3) - reflects the unit price you charge in orders in which the script is not relevant. For example: conform (will be applied when Script not relevant is selected in the order)
Fixed-price
For example, 250 Euros flat, regardless of duration.
Click the Pencil button of the Price to enable editing.
Type the required “Fixed price” with script.
Click the green V on the left of the column to save the changes.
Per unit price with a Minimum
For example, 4.2 Euros per minute, with a 10-minute minimum (i.e.. 42 Euros minimum).
Click the Pencil button of the Price to enable editing.
Type the required price with script.
Once entering the with script unit price, it will be copied across to the “Without script” and “Script not relevant” fields.
Edit the “Without script” and “Script not relevant” fields if necessary.
Type the required “Minimum price”
Click the green V on the left of the column to save the changes.
Per unit price with a Maximum
For example, 4.2 Euros per minute, with a 500 Euros maximum charge.
Click the Pencil button of the Price to enable editing.
Type the required price with script.
Once entering the with script unit price, it will be copied across to the “Without script” and “Script not relevant” fields.
Edit the “Without script” and “Script not relevant” fields if necessary.
Type the required “Maximum price”
Click the green V on the left of the column to save the changes.
Interval unit price
For example:
First 10 minutes - 3 Euros per minute
11-20 minutes - 4 Euros per minute
21 minute or more - 5 Euros per minute.
Click “Edit price” (fig 1)
Click “Manipulate price list” (fig 2)
Enter the unit range for the first interval (fig 3) and click “Add rows” (fig 4)
Enter the unit price for the interval (fig 1) and click “Apply” (fig 2)
This will update the unit price for the range displayed in the “From unit” & “To unit” feeds (fig 3)Repeat steps 3 & 4 for all remaining intervals.
After entering all required intervals, click “Close” to see the price breakdown
Setting an interval unit price for “Without script” / “Script not relevant”
Once the unit price intervals are set, you can change the “Without scrips” and / or “Script not relevant” values, if necessary:
Enter the unit range of the first interval (don’t click “Add rows”) (fig 1)
Set the “Apply change to” to “Without script” (fig 2)
Enter the required without script unit price for this interval (fig 3)
Click “Apply” (fig 4)
Repeat steps 1-4 for the remaining intervals
Repeat steps 1-5 for Script not relevant” if necessary.
Click “Close” to see the unit price breakdown
Interval fixed price
For example:
First 10 minutes - 100 Euros fixed price
11-20 minute - 200 Euros fixed
21 minute or more - 300 Euros fixed.
Click “Edit price” (fig 1)
Click “Manipulate price list” (fig 2)
Enter the unit range for the first interval (fig 3) and click “Add rows” (fig 4)
Enter the fixed price for the interval (fig 1) and click “Apply” (fig 2)
This will update the fixed price for the range displayed in the “From unit” & “To unit” feeds (fig 3)Repeat steps 3 & 4 for all remaining intervals.
After entering all required intervals, click “Close” to see the price breakdown
Setting an interval fixed price for “Without script” / “Script not relevant”
Once the fixed price intervals are set, you can change the “Without scrips” and / or “Script not relevant” values, if necessary:
Enter the unit range of the first interval (don’t click “Add rows”) (fig 1)
Set the “Apply change to” to “Without script” (fig 2)
Enter the required addition for this interval for without script in the “Add flat” field (fig 3)
If the price is 0 and you type 50, the result will be 50.
If the price is 50 and you type 50, the result will be 100.Click “Apply” (fig 4)
Repeat steps 1-4 for the remaining intervals
Repeat steps 1-5 for Script not relevant” if necessary.
Click “Close” to see the unit price breakdown
Custom prices
If you can' find what you need in the above options, you can create a custom price using our import functionality.
Click “Edit price” (fig 1)

Enter your custom unit prices and save the file.
Add additional lines, if necessaryClick “Upload Excel”
