Replacing the customer in an existing order

Changing the customer in orders is Role based. |
From Sales > Sales dashboard
Click on the “Order info” icon (fig 1) to edit the order
Click on the “Customer replace” icon (fig 2) to open the “Customer replace” page
Select the new customer from the “Customer” list (fig 3)
If required - select a new / replace the Billing customer from the “Billing customer” list (fig 4)
If required - select a new / replace the Series from the “Series” list (fig 5)
The system will display pricing and product validation (checking if the price list and workflow templates in the order are valid for the new customer / billing customer / series selected.) (fig 64)
Click “Save & close” (fig 75)

When using customer specific prices or workflow templates, the system may prevent the customer replacement or require you to select different prices or workflow templates
