Replacing the customer in an existing order

Changing the customer in orders is Role based.
Role name: “Can change the customer in existing orders”

From Sales > Sales dashboard

  1. Click on the “Order info” icon (fig 1) to edit the order

  2. Click on the “Customer replace” icon (fig 2) to open the “Customer replace” page

  3. Select the new customer from the “Customer” list (fig 3)

  4. The system will display pricing and product validation (checking if the price list and workflow templates in the order are valid for the new customer / billing customer / series selected.) (fig 4)

  5. Click “Save & close” (fig 5)

When using customer specific prices or workflow templates, the system may prevent the customer replacement or require you to select different prices or workflow templates
