The Previous task field determines which task /s or tasks must be completed for a current task to be indicated as ready.

The resource should assigned to the task can only start working on his their task when it’s indicated as ready because only when the task is indicated as ready, meaning the Previous task/s completed, has been completed. Only then will all required assets will and OOONA tool (in integrated systems), necessary to complete the task be available in the order for the resource .

Once indicated as ready, OOONA tool will be available to start working on the task (in integrated systems).

The selected Previous task value/s for a current task determines which task/s must be completed for the current task to be indicated as ready to be started working on.within the order.

The default Previous task is “Flow” meaning that only the actual previous task must be completed for the task to be indicated as ready.

The default “Flow” can be changed by selecting in the “Previous task” field any other task/s that is positioned before the current task in the order’s workflow.

In “My tasks” page and in other pages, this column will indicate if previous task/s has been completed, meaning the current task is ready to be started:

Previous task/s should be set on the Workflow template level so that all orders created from this workflow template will be created with the required setup
