Customer remarks can be used to add permanent remarks, instructionsguidlines, etc, to the Customer record.

Required role: Can see the Customer name and remarks
Adding Customer remarks
Add from: Sales/Manager > Rolodex tables > Customers > Magnifying glass > Scroll down to Operational notes.
Enter the remarks and click “Save”

Viewing Customer remarks
The customer remarks can be viewed from the following basic user pages, by users with the required role.:
My tasks
Pool tasks
My realtime tasks
Completed tasks
