Customer remarks and guidelines

What are Customer remarks?

Customer remarks can be used to add permanent remarks, guidlines, etc, to the Customer record.

These remarks will be displayed on Basic user pages (My tasks, Pool tasks) for users with the required role.

Required role: Can see the Customer name and remarks

Adding Customer remarks

Add from: Sales/Manager > Rolodex tables > Customers > Magnifying glass > Scroll down to Operational notes.

  • Enter the remarks and click “Save”

Viewing Customer remarks

The customer remarks can be viewed from the following basic user pages, by users with the required role:

  • My tasks

  • Pool tasks

  • My realtime tasks

  • Completed tasks

If you have the required role and you don’t see the Customer remarks column, check if it’s enabled in your grid

To let users know that they need to check the Customer remark on “My tasks” page, you can add any of the following general messages:
