Series Information
Overview
The Series information page is used to manage Key names and phrases (KNP) of series in the system, or any other series based info.
Depending on their roles, resources can edit the series information in case changes need to be made, and see the previous version in order to compare them.
The Series information is available in basic user pages so resources can view them prior to working on their task.

Adding Series information to a series
Basic resources that access orders via My tasks/Pool Tasks/My Realtime tasks pages can see and add the Series information if they have the roles:

To add series information to a series follow these steps:
In My tasks/Pool Tasks/My Realtime tasks pages click the Series Information button.
Inside the Series info pop-up, choose the target language you wish to create the series information for.
If set to “All”, the series information will be displayed to all languages.Click the “Add series information” button.
Enter a subject (for example: Russian KNP for The Sopranos).
Enter the series information under Message.
Click save.
Note that the series information column might be hidden from view in the grid.
To add it to the grid, click the 3 vertical dots in any other column-head and click the series information. For more information, read the Grid layout manual
Project manages can add Series information additionally from:
1. Supervisor >info>series information
2. Manager>Rolodex tables>customer>edit (magnifying glass)>Series
Accessing from the customer menu will filter the series displayed to that specific customer.
Viewing series information

To View the series information in the above pages:
Click the Series Information button.
Note that if the button is grey, not series information is available for this series.Click the Display button
Editing and viewing previous versions
The KNP might need to be amended if a new character joined the show, or a mistake as been found in the original version of the KNP.
To enable resources to edit the Series information, add the role:

Once the roles were added, resources will have an additional Edit button, which will allow to edit.
Once edited and saved, a new version of the series information will be updated.
The latest version of the Series information will be indicated by a blue i icon, as well as the date and time.
Resources with the following role will be able to see previous versions as well:

In order easily follow whether they have read the latest version or not, resources can click the “Read” icon to turn it green once they have read the info.
If a newer version of the series info was added, the icon next to it will be red again.
For managers: additional information and functions in the Series information page
The “Edit” icon opens the Series edit pop-up, just like when creating a new series. It allows to edit an existing series' name, notes, file name code, auto-duration update setting and the active setting.
“#” is a unique id number assigned to a series.
“Series name” is the series' name.
“Customer” is the customer in which this series has be affiliated to.
“Series notes” are notes that can be added to a series.
“Series info” is the main page where all KNP related info will be updated for a series.
“Automated file distribution” shows the distribution to this specific series.
“Storage servers” shows specific storage servers for a series.
“Approved names” allows to enter an approved name for the series in different target languages, and also to specify if information such as episode title, episode number or season should be included in the body of the subtitles.
“Dates not flexible” allows to set a specific series as such.
“Toolkit settings” can be set for a specific series.
“Prices” can be set for a specific series.
“Series status report” will display the total numbers of episodes and seasons per series.
“Active button” - will deactivate an active series. It can still be accessed by enabling “Show inactive series” at the bottom of the page.
