To make a file available in orders, it must have been uploaded to an order at least once using another upload method.

Once the file has been uploaded to an order, it will be added to the My menu > Centralized file download page, which is where the “Make file available” column will be for users with the Centralized file download and the Centralized file download – Make available roles.After the file is added to the Centralized file download page, it will be possible to make it available in other previously created orders.

After the file is added to the Centralized file download page, it will be possible to make it available in other previously created orders.
For that, go to My menu > Centralized file download and click the “Make file available” icon next to the file you wish to make available in other orders.
