After selecting the items for billing, a new option will be available at the bottom of the Customer billing statement generator page: Percentage of billing (100%).
Using this option, the Total for billing can be calculated using a percentage.

Click on “Percentage of billing (100%)
Add an amount to the “Percentage of billing (%)” field.
Click on “Apply & Close”

After applying, the amount in “Total for billing” will be recalculated based on the percentage (4).
The option at the bottom will also be updated to indicate the percentage that’s currently in use (5).
