In order easily follow whether they have read the latest version or not, resources can click the “Read” icon to turn it green once they have read the info.
If a newer version of the series info was added, the icon next to it will be red again.

For managers: additional information and functions in the Series information page
The “Edit” icon opens the Series edit pop-up, just like when creating a new series. It allows to edit an existing series' name, notes, file name code, auto-duration update setting and the active setting.
“#” is a unique id number assigned to a series.
“Series name” is the series' name.
“Customer” is the customer in which this series has be affiliated to.
“Series notes” are notes that can be added to a series.
“Series info” is the main page where all KNP related info will be updated for a series.
“Automated file distribution” shows the distribution to this specific series.
“Storage servers” shows specific storage servers for a series.
“Approved names” allows to enter an approved name for the series in different target languages, and also to specify if information such as episode title, episode number or season should be included in the body of the subtitles.
“Dates not flexible” allows to set a specific series as such.
“Toolkit settings” can be set for a specific series.
“Prices” can be set for a specific series.
“Series status report” will display the total numbers of episodes and seasons per series.
“Active button” - will deactivate an active series. It can still be accessed by enabling “Show inactive series” at the bottom of the page.
