What are Customer remarks?
Customer remarks are remarks you can add to the Customers
Customer remarks can be used to add permanent remarks, instructions, etc, to the Customer record.
These remarks will be displayed on Basic user pages (My tasks, Pool tasks) for users with the required role.
Required role: Can see the Customer name and remarks
Adding Customer remarks
Add from: Sales/Manager > Rolodex tables > Customers > Magnifying glass > Scroll down to Operational notes
Viewing Customer remarks
The customer remarks can be viewed from basic user pages, by users with the required role.
If you have the required role and you don’t see the Customer remarks column, check if it’s enabled in your grid
