Toolkit Project Structure and settings inheritance

Each task in TM is associated with a Toolkit project.
A Toolkit project holds various settings, some of them are on the task level, some of them are on order level.
Those settings can be linked to Toolkit Configuration Presets when a new order is being created,or changed manually for each existing order or task.
For example, video settings, such as frame-rate or Start timecode, apply all order tasks, therefore can be set the order level.
Language settings can apply a specific task, therefore can be changed on the task level.
