New Order dialog

When opening a new order, a Toolkit Configuration Preset should be selected.
The drop-down list will include all available presets.
If none of the presets is selected, the system will search for default settings of the closest entity the order belongs to

Consolidated account
Global (system)

When copying (duplicating) an existing order, you have a checkbox option to retain Toolkit settings. If checked, a new order(s) will inherit all Toolkit settings from the original order.
