Administrator – Tables - Toolkit Presets Management


Pressing 'Add new' will add a named 'Toolkit configuration preset' with the following options:

  • Description: Free text input. Description is a mandatory field (essentially, a name for the preset)
  • Optional filtering information:

Consolidated account: drop-down with the list of available consolidated accounts
Customer: drop-down with the list of available customers
Projects drop-down with the list of available projects
Series: drop-down with the list of available series

If no filtering tag was selected, the preset will be considered global and have a "GL" code as name prefix
If the preset was attributed to a specific customer, it will have that customer code as name prefix

  • Settings: A list of configuration types which can either be set to Manual or linked to already existing presets.If you select Manual, you will be able to configure it after the preset has been created.

  • Inherit: Will clone a selected configuration with all its dependencies on other presets (if available)
  • Copy: Will copy all values from a selected configuration but discard any dependencies on other presets
  • Edit: Will open the preset for further editing
