Overview

The OOONA Manager allows you to customize the appearance of your system.

This customization can be done from Administrator > Web administrator > Configuration.

Required role group: System Administrator

Please note that all users in the system will be affected by the changes made here, so every change should be carefully discussed within the team.

You can also customize the loading indicator the system uses while waiting for pages to load, for example. For that, click the drop down menu and choose the indicator name to see a preview of it.

Date color customization

Upcoming functionality

This functionality is only available in the upcoming version (368.1)

To know more about date colors used in orders and tasks, read our delivery date colors help file.

Under Administrator > Web administrator > Configuration > Appearance tab, it is also possible to customize the colors the system uses to indicate if a task or order is overdue, for example.

You can customize the color used when a task is overdue, due in the next 24 hours or due in the next 48 hours.

For that, click the dropdown menu next to the option you want to change the color to, select the color you want to start using and click “Apply”.

Grid editable cell indicator

From Administrator > Web administrator > Configuration > Defaults tab, it is now possible to show a dotted line that visually indicates a cell is editable.

If you want editable cells to have a visual indicator, you can also choose the opacity of the indicator.

After enabling it system-wide, you will be able to see the indicator in every cell you can edit. For example, in Sales Dashboard > Orders, the status or titles of orders will have the visual indicator.

Order tasks page display settings

From Administrator > Web administrator > Configuration > Defaults tab, it is now possible to customize the way steps are visually shown in the Order tasks page.

  1. As the name indicates, “Alternate color by language” will alternate between two shades of gray when an order has different steps:

  1. “Mark rows” will add a dotted line between each row:

  1. “Display language separator” will add a black line between each language:

All three options can be toggled on at the same time:
