New features and improvements

Time unit selection buttons were added (fig 3) to enable viewing the total duration of Orders per day or per week, in the preferred Time unit: Days, Hours, or Minutes.

Note: the selected Time unit will be saved for the user’s next login

 

Required role: Task delivery date update

Previously, users with the role could only change the “Task completed date” from the Order tasks page:

Starting this version, users with the role will also be able to change the “Task completed date” from the “Tasks” page:

Rewording

  • Task un-completion- Alert reworded as follows. The functionality is the same.

Yes- The task will be uncompleted and the Task completed date will be cleared. If any notifications have been sent once the task was originally completed, they will be resent once the task is completed again.

No- The task will be uncompleted but the Task completed date will remain. If any notifications have been sent once the task was originally completed, they will not be resent once the task is completed again.

  • Role name rewording- The role’s name was changed from: “Task delivery date update”, to: “Can change the Task completed date”. The role enables users to change the Task’s completed date (1143).

 

 

 


Bug fixes

  • “Orders” page > Inline Recalculate button- Fixed (1151).

  • Profit and loss report > Change range- Customer category is no longer cleared when changing the search fields (1506).

  • Timesheet- line deletions fixed. Lines are now deleted when clicking the red X (1496).

  • “Can download files that are marked as cannot be downloaded” role- Fixed file download error. Users with the role can now download files that are marked as cannot be downloaded (1511).

  • Toolkit configuration page > Clear setting- Fixed (1418)
