New features and improvements

The value “Not assigned” was added to the Resource in charge field on the Change range page.

This will enable filtering the orders to only show orders without a Resource in charge:

  • The role: Can see Cost related info, will hide any Resource rates-related info on all pages of the system.

  • The role: Can see Pricing related info, will hide any Customer prices-related info on all pages of the system.

Users without the role/s will not see Customer prices and Resource rates related info in the system

Note: Currently, these roles do not apply to “My menu” pages.
To hide Resource rates-related info from “My menu” pages, add the following role: On payroll hide finance.

The “Voucher number” is a unique number given by the system for all order tasks in the system.

The vouched number field is already available on some pages in the system and was now added to the following pages, as well:

  • My tasks page

  • Pool tasks page

  • Tasks completed page

  • My Real-time caption writer tasks page

  • Tasks page on “Sales dashboard”

  • Task edit page

For example, the Task edit page:

Rewording

  • Role name rewording- The role’s name was changed from: “Order tasks reopen task”, to: “Can uncomplete tasks”. The role enables users to uncomplete tasks (1374).

  • Task edit page > Assign to same task/Assign to all tasks- Added clarifying text and changed the checkbox to a switch (1555):

 

Bug fixes

  • “Go to task” link in email notifications fixed. When clicking the link to navigate to “My tasks” page, all the tasks are correctly displayed (1409).

  • Resource availability conversion to a different timezone- Fixed. When the availability is converted to a different timezone and due to that is now spread over 2 days (over midnight), it’s correctly displayed in the scheduling pages (1480).

  • Resource report generator- values are no longer cleared when switching to a manual rate (1569).

  • Customer billing statements- Missing values added: Units reported, Unit, Per unit price (1667).

  • Message delivery by mail- “Order info” table can now be added to the email template (1633)
