New features and improvements

All icons and buttons in the system, on all pages, have been replaced with vector images to improve performance and loading time.

Only the look was changed. The functionality is the same.

For example, the orders page:

More complex pricing options such as Fixed, Minimum, and Maximum can be now easily entered directly from the line without having to click manipulate price/rate.

Fixed price column- sets a fixed price regardless of duration

Minimum price- has to be entered together with a unit price/rate. Once set, the product price will not go under the entered minimum price/rate, even if the duration will be decreased.

Maximum price- has to be entered together with a unit price/rate. Once set, the product price will not go above the entered maximum price/rate, even if the duration will be increased.

Users can now select the location from which they check-in: Office, Home, and more.

 

Rewording

  • Administrator tables > “Price list tables”, Reworded to: “Finance” (1987).

  • Role rewording- “Centralized file download- Delete”, reworded to: “Can delete files from orders” (1958).

  • Order info page- “Order close date”, reworded to: “Order completed date”, for consistency (2152):

 

Bug fixes

  • “Would you like to mark the ask as completed” will no longer prompt for completed tasks (1880).

  • Customer billing statement page- Surcharges are now displayed in the correct sequence, right after their base charge (2130):

  • Resources Invoices- Currency fixed. The invoice is now exported in the correct currency (2117).

  • Naming conventions- The changes are now correctly updated across the system. (1261).

except for the “All production tasks completed” section which was not fixed and will be removed in the following versions

  • Bulk actions > Bulk task completion- fixed bugs and improvements (1567).

  • Distribution emails fixed- The info table is now added to all mails (2232).

  • “Open toolkit” now correctly enforces the role: Can download files/open toolkit without marking messages as read (1971).

  • Monthly resource report > Resource selection combo-box- Fixed. “All” can be now deleted (2178).

  • Bulk task completion- Improvements made (2061-2062).

  • Billing statements- Close order- Fixed. The order can now be closed after billing if all production tasks in the order are completed (2131).

  • Series info page- resolution issue fixed (2375).
